All orders include free shipping. The amount displayed at checkout is final, with no additional shipping charges.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

If tracking does not update after several days, please contact us and our support team will assist you promptly.

Lost or Missing Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an address correction is needed before dispatch, we will update it whenever possible.

If a package is lost due to a courier issue, we will assist in resolving the matter with the carrier. If the issue occurs on our side, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Multiple Packages
In some cases, items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse logistics.

If part of your order arrives first, the remaining items may still be in transit and will be delivered shortly.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or dispatch preparation.

Returns can still be initiated after delivery according to our Returns Policy.
